EU Shipping Update

Hi Everyone!
We are working closely with our EU distributor, Surfin Meeple to ensure that everyone's order is correct and shipped as quickly as possible. Coordinating this from opposite ends of the world has been challenging, however we are making headway. Thank you all so much for your patience as we navigate this new partnership. We're so excited to see you play Zero Leader! I have received many emails regarding this topic. Holly and I are working as quickly as we can to answer everyone's questions. EU Shipping Update

Thank you all so much for your continued support of our games! As of today, our distributor for the EU, Surfin Meeple, has notified me that all the orders for the Air Leader Expansion Kickstarter are near completion. The orders for Zero Leader will begin shipping shortly, and I will provide another update as soon as I have one for you! Thank you for your patience.

Hello All,
I have a lot of information for you!
1. Zero Leader and Expansions arrived from the printer. As well as Errata for Hornet Leader Expansion, B-17 Leader Expansion, Nimitz, Thunderbolt Apache Leader Expansions, and Tiger Leader Expansions. Also, we just got in a reprint of Field Commander Napoleon and Warfighter Modern.
2. We are doing a packout of the Zero Leader Kickstarter on Monday. So I expect all orders to be out no later than Wednesday.
3. All Zero Leader backers who also backed either A. The Air Leader expansions and/or B. The Nimitz/Thunderbolt/Tiger Expansion Kickstarters will get their Errata's in their Zero Leader box. Kevin and I just spent the entire day cross referencing all these projects to make sure you get what you need. However we are human, if you don't receive an errata that you were expecting email me and we will get it to you.
4. If you backed A. The Air Leader expansions and/or B. The Nimitz/Thunderbolt/Tiger Expansion Kickstarters but didn't back Zero Leader, I have a list of you and we will ship your errata's as well. Hopefully they will also be packaged and ready to go by the end of next week.
5. If you ordered any of the expansions that need errata direct from our website or from a 3rd party seller, no worries. The errata's will be on our website to order for free (just pay shipping) around the end of next week (5/14). I am delaying putting them up on the website to avoid getting overwhelmed with different projects. Once all Kickstarter backers are fulfilled I will then move on to the website orders.
6. International Backers: Zatu/Surfin Meeple have told me they are actively working on getting out the Air Leader Errata, and the Zero Leader orders. I hope they will have both done around the same timeline as the US, so hopefully by 5/14 everything will be shipped.
7. International Backers of Thunderbolt/Tiger/Nimitz: Your errata will ship from the US with the other errata packages I mentioned above.

Shipping is starting!

Hey all,
So a bit of a change of pace from our normal shipping for kickstarters:
International orders should begin shipping soon. All the items are at Lion Rampant (Canada), Zatu (UK), and Surfin' Meeple (all other International). Lion Rampant has confirmed they have shipped out orders, the others are a bit backed up but will hopefully ship soon!
Domestic orders, we are still waiting on the boat to get to port. We haven't been informed of any customs holds which is a good sign. We expect it to arrive in port around the end of the week. Then getting it off the boat and onto a truck to our warehouse usually takes 5-10 business days.

Products have Shipped!!!

Hello All,
So due to the ship that blocked the Suez Canal, there have been ALOT of shipping delays worldwide.
Our products just left the printer, and we expect them to arrive in the California port on the 23rd. Fingers crossed we have no customs delays!!!
We will ship as soon as we can when they arrive at our warehouse.
International orders were shipped by air to their relevant fulfillers, they should ship very soon as well!
